The Tale of ‘Twin’ Hunt (Part IV)

When I sit down to pen the Part IV of The Tale of ‘Twin’ Hunt, I feel that I have lost the zeal and there is no vigor in my hunt or in narrating the story. However, I thought I should continue with the story for the sake of it and for the friends who already know all the 3 parts of Tale of ‘Twin’ Hunt.

Old age home and orphanage set up spread a culture of abandonment

Indeed, it was the need of the hour to set up old age homes and orphanages when people were no longer willing to bear the unwanted burdens and piles of responsibility in their busy life. But the paradox is that these old age homes and orphanages set up are spreading a culture of abandonment thus more of this kind are coming up like mushrooms and are turned to be a big business under the label of charitable act.

Sexual crimes being reported more like erotic novels

Adding all the ingredients to it, the media spices up the sexual offense case and present it like erotic novel thus it is being sold like hot cakes. Reading the sexual crime stories that get published in the newspapers is more like reading an erotic novel that we get to read in any of the weekly publications. Reading the spiced up sexual crimes our imagination go wide and really get the feel of the incident. Though it is a sexual crime reported, readers get to read it with all kinds of ingredients and thus enjoy maximum reading it.

Contributory pension system and the chaos it makes

When all the 25 states of the country have already adapted the contributory pension system, why these kinds of fuss and chaos are being made by the leftist parties in the state? The age old pension scheme is the biggest challenges before the state exchequer where more than 60% of the budget money is spent on pension which should have been otherwise put in for development projects of the state.

Women are equally culpable for the atrocities happening against them

As the responsible citizens of the society, both men and women should share the guilt and shame for the unprecedented atrocities that are happening against the women in the society. Men alone can’t be blamed for all these disgraceful actions against women instead there are women who are stealthily sponsoring all these kinds of atrocities though it is not deliberate.

Red streets and prostitution centers should be legalized

The argument of red streets should be legalized would sound utter outrageous but in the wake of all the unprecedented atrocities against women in our state, I vehemently feel that red streets and prostitution centers should be legalized in Kerala for the people who are sexually lunatics. Thus, they can release their frustrations in the provided outlets and it would allow our own mothers, sisters and near and dear ones not being victimized for the sexual fantasies of those inhuman people.

Dear Sachin, it is not fair

It was not at all fair dear Sachin that you called it a day all on a sudden succumbed to the comments and criticisms on your recent performance. With your departure from one-day international, the essence of the game is lost and we have stopped watching the matches. It has been 23 years of your splendid performances and virtually writing all the records in your own name.

Rapist should not be hung unto death but castrated

In the wake of all these unprecedented atrocities against women, vehemently I feel that we need to have strong laws in place to stop the sexual violence against women. Though we have a well established judiciary system and all the wonderful laws to prevent from the crimes getting committed, the laws just remain in the judiciary papers without getting them really enforced. Our laws lack teeth and nails to chock the crimes and that is the very reason often the crimes getting committed repeatedly.

The Tale of ‘Twin’ Hunt (Part III)

I never thought that The Tale of ‘Twin’ Hunt would have a Part III and this tale has a part III is solely because of my 3D friend’s interest and unending endurance, however, I had a last recourse of getting the help of the newspaper agent. But after the part II of the ‘Twin’ hunt, I virtually gave up my hope and stopped working on it because I knew it was not going to work.

Lesser evil is always permissible

Scholastic schools of ethics and morality always give us consent to go for lesser evil when we have to choose between the two evils. When we are forced to choose between the supposedly two evils the lesser evil is always permissible in order to justify greater evil that we would be forced to commit otherwise.
